Although I'm not interested in a Ph.D. in Marine Science (Pure Math for me), I thought someone could use the information found at this site.
This site totes "Oceans of Opportunity in Marine Science"... don't you wish there was an article with just as snazzy a title for your field???

Really, it's enough to have a field filled with buzzwords, like "interdisciplinary" and "nanoscience."
I wouldn't want to do it, now that is.
When I was little, all I wanted to be was a Marine Biologist.
