Mathematics at work

Who would have thought that a cube has 6 sides? If you put 6 squares together you can get a cube???

Well, this phenomena has allowed some scientists to develop a tiny cube that delivers medicine*. I can see this going all sorts of bad ways, in terms of your body rejecting it... but at least labs are developing something.

The last nanotechnological medicine delivering instrument I heard of, well, they couldn't get it out of the blood stream - which I'm sure is also the case here but they didn't mention anything about that.

Maybe they should ask mathematicians to find the easiest shape to deliver medicine in, we could come up with some good stuff.

*Note: it doesn't have pop-up windows per se, but there are advertisements that come up when you click on it. Just look for the "close" window on the advertisement if you don't want to see it. They are really fast anyways, but I know some people really hate ads. Just warning you.
