Magic, Dinner and a Movie

Well, today I haven't blogged yet because we went to Waco for a Magic 5K Qualifier.

So there's a 5K tournament specific to this region and you have to place 1st at a qualifier to have a seat in the 5K tournament. I think the prize for 1st place at the 5K happens to be, guess what, $5,000.

I'm not a fanatic of the game, but guess who is? My fiance. He's been playing since he was like 13 or something and plays on and off. Recently, he has decided to be a little more serious about the game, especially since he doesn't have to think about school or other responsibilities. Not to say that he isn't responsible, technically I'm living off of him right now, because he is very responsible, but he has less responsibility right now and it allows him to put more time into leisurely activities.

We're going to eat at Outback Steakhouse after a while and then go see the movie, the Longest Yard. I think it'll be funny, I really like Adam Sandler as an actor - so that's good.
